Since candidates chosen all undergo uniform testing and assessments, it projects a fair view of the employer eliminating any misjudgment or malpractice issues. We make it possible for employers to effectively review the profiles of all local graduates available for the job, before looking outside the country. This will greatly strengthen the position of local youth as the preferred choice for all graduate job positions.
We will allow graduates to register while still in their final year of university and increase their employment opportunity within the first year of graduation. We aim to increase the range of employment opportunities available to graduates by ensuring we cater to full time, part time and volunteering opportunities in the market. We will support start-ups and SMEs who often lack sufficient HR resources to identify best fit candidates.
Currently we support Bahrain and will be available soon in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE.
